We ship worldwide from our facility in Malaysia. Shipping times, costs, and carrier options are displayed at checkout. MYROLAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

Due to the nature of research products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval.
